ii.       BEC is a 5-member committee with the current appointees: Liz Boudreau, Steve Brodeur, Kristy Whipple, Robyn Stattel, Craig Duddles, 3 members is a quorum

iii.       BEC is an advisory body

iv.       Establish the second Thursday of the month as the Regular Meeting schedule? (Motion, second, vote)

The Bridport Developmental Review Board will hold a public hearing on April 16, 2025 at 7pm in the Bridport Town Office, at 82 Crown Point Rd, on each of the following applications:

 

 

1.       At 7:05 PM on Application (#25-06) by John and Karen Moriarity. Applicant requests Variance for an addition to existing garage which was built with variance due to insufficient setback requirements

2.       At 7:10 PM on Application (#25-07) by Champlainside Properties LLC.  Applicant requests Variance to install a standby generator with insufficient road setbacks.

 

Plans and additional information regarding any such application may be viewed at said Town Office or by calling 802-758-2483, Ext. 2. Participation in the Bridport Developmental Review Board proceeding is a prerequisite to the right to take any subsequent appeal on any decision of it on an application

Public Meeting Notice

Bridport STP MM24(1) Middle Road Culvert – Local Concerns Meeting and Alternatives Presentation.

Notice is hereby given to the Town of Bridport Selectboard along with Addison County Regional Planning will hold a special public meeting scheduled April 10, 2025, at 6pm at the Bridport Town Garage, 284 Short St. Bridport, Vermont 05734

VTrans Grant Award for the replacement of hydraulically insufficient twin 60-inch corrugated metal pipe culverts approximately 1.3 miles west of VT-22A on Middle Road in Bridport, Vermont.

This will be the First public meeting to explain the project development process, obtain input on the project purpose and need statement, concerns regarding traffic, project duration and environmental impacts and to present potential alternatives for replacement structure. Based on local input a project purpose and need statement and preferred alternative will be identified.

 This meeting will be held in person.
