TRI-TOWN WATER DISTRICT NO. 1
WARNING
The legal voters of the Tri-Town Water District No. 1 are hereby notified and warned to meet at any of the Town Community Center in the Town of Addison, the Masonic Hall in the Town of Bridport or the Town Clerk's Office in the Town of Shoreham on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, between the hours of seven o'clock (7:00) in the forenoon (a.m.), at which time the polls will open, and seven o'clock (7:00) in the afternoon (p.m.), at which time the polls will close, to vote by Australian ballot upon the following Article of business:
ARTICLE I
Shall general obligation bonds of the Tri-Town Water District No. 1 in an amount not to exceed Two Million One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($2,100,000), subject to reduction from the receipt of available state and federal grants-
in-aid, be issued for the purpose of replacement of water mains to improve hydraulics, improvements to the District's water treatment facility to add filters and rehabilitation improvements due to age and construction of a booster pump station to serve East Street/Mountain Road section of the District's water system?
The legal voters of the Tri-Town Water District No. 1 are further notified that voter qualification, registration and absentee voting relative to said meeting shall be as provided in Chapters 43, 51 and 55 of Title 17, Vermont Statutes Annotated.
The legal voters of the Tri-Town Water District No. 1 are further notified that an informational meeting will be held on Monday, April 13, 2026 at Masonic Hall in Bridport at six o'clock (6:00) in the evening (p.m.), for the purpose of
explaining the proposed improvements and the financing thereof. Such meeting will be available by Zoom as well.
Adopted and approved at a regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the Tri-Town Water District No. 1 duly called, noticed and held on March 19, 2026. Received for record and recorded in the records of the Tri-Town Water District No. 1 on March 19, 2026.

Bridport STP MM24(1) Middle Road Culvert – Public Informational Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Town of Bridport Selectboard will hold a special public meeting prior to the scheduled selectboard meeting on April 13, 2026, at 5:30 PM at the Bridport Town Office, 82 Crown Point Road, Bridport, Vermont 05734.
Topic of discussion will be:
A VTrans funded project for the replacement of hydraulically insufficient twin 72-inch corrugated metal pipe culverts approximately 1.3 miles west of VT-22A on Middle Road in Bridport Vermont.
This will be the Second public meeting to present conceptual site plans, and to obtain input from the public including potential impacts of the project on environmental resources. Based on local input preliminary site plans will be finalized.
Meetings are held in person.
