i.       From May 12 Selectboard meeting

1.            Bridport Events Committee: Stephanie made a motion to approve the creation of the Bridport Events Committee. Drexel seconded, motion passed.

ii.       BEC is a 5-member committee with the current appointees: Liz Boudreau, Steve Brodeur, Kristy Whipple, Robyn Stattel, Craig Duddles, 3 members is a quorum

iii.       BEC is an advisory body

iv.       Establish the second Thursday of the month as the Regular Meeting schedule? (Motion, second, vote)

Discuss Agendas, Minutes, and allowed committee member communications
