PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The Bridport Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, _July 12,2022, in the Town Office at 82 Crown Point Road, on each and to consider each of the following application(s):

1.       At 7:05 PM on Application (#S22-32) by Neil Williams for a lot subdivision of parcel ID# 08-047A owned by Neil Williams.  The property is located at 11706 Black Horse Run.

2.      At 7:20 PM on Application (#_S22-31) by Cory Malzac & Cindy Growney for a lot subdivision of parcel ID# 08-056.1 owned by _ Cory Malzac & Cindy Growney .  The property is located at _215 Payne Dr.

3.      At 7:35 PM on Application (#S22-21) by Jennifer Lowe for a lot subdivision of parcel ID# 04-007A owned by Jennifer Lowe Charles Duvic.  The property is located at 2574 East Dr.

4.      At 7:50 PM on Application (#S22-2) by Myrick Family Trust  for a lot major subdivision of parcel ID#07-061A owned by Myrick Family Trust.  The property is located at 175 Forrest Rd.

Plans and additional information regarding any such application may be viewed at said Town Office or by calling (802) 758-2483, Ext. 2.  Participation in the Planning Commissions proceeding is a prerequisite to the right to take any subsequent appeal on any decision of it on an application.
