NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

RE:  Vicious Dog Complaint

The Selectboard of the Town of Bridport, Vermont, will hold a Public Hearing pursuant to 20 V.S.A. §3546 and pursuant to Section 9 of the Town’s Ordinance Regulating Dog and Wolf-Hybrids, on February 24, 2022 at 6pm at the Masonic/Community Hall in Bridport, Vermont, to hear evidence and receive testimony on a complaint of a “vicious dog” concerning a dog whose dog tag number is 147 that is registered to Suzanne Bixby as its owner who presently resides at 1688 Forrest Road in Bridport, Vermont.
